Contract of sale
No contract will be formed until you have received an email stating that your order status is “Posted” and the item has left our premises. Due to the nature of our business, occasionally items that are shown on our website will not be in stock – in these cases we will email you with your options which may be limited to an immediate refund (refunds take 3-5 working days to get to your account after we have processed them).
Making a purchase
When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched. You will normally receive a confirmation of postage email within one to two working days of your order being received and processed. In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery. Unless your purchase coincides with a break in supply, orders will not take more than two working days to be dispatched. Most orders are dispatched on the same or next working day. Orders placed at the weekend will normally be posted on the next working day. As some items require personalisation and may require time to produce on these occasions items will be delayed in dispatch and we will inform you of the expected time of dispatch. If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us at the time of your order and we will be happy to try and meet these requirements.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT and in euros. We welcome purchases from overseas but all orders are charged in euros, any transaction fees that are added by your card company are not our responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any notice being given.
We make every effort to package your items attractively, safely and securely. It is important that you retain any packaging if you want to make a return.
All items within Sweden ordered online will be posted by PostNord and may require a signature. With regards to international deliveries, any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you.
If your order is late, please contact us. We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by PostNord. This is 25 working days after the date of delivery. We will always try our best to make sure you get your items on time.
WE APOLOGISE BUT WE CANNOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS.
We can only offer a refund to those customers residing in Sweden, so please make sure you are happy with your selection before you make a purchase. If you are residing in Sweden and unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return to us by contacting Do No Harm Clothing on the provided email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days. We do not cover the cost of postage for returns unless the item is faulty.
If an item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement if possible. Please contact us before return so we can provide you the best possible service.
This is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to the terms below.
- The goods were purchased from Do No Harm Clothing
- We receive the item back within 14 days from delivery. For non-tracked deliveries, the delivery date will be the latest date in your estimated date range unless we are told otherwise.
- The goods are returned to Do No Harm Clothing in the same condition as they were sent and have not been altered, tampered with or worn. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item returned is not delivered to us in its original condition (faulty items may differ dependent on fault).
Orders not received within the stated timescales
If your order hasn’t arrived within the timescale advised, please contact us and we will look in to it for you.
If you change your mind, you will receive a refund for the products price but we are not liable to pay for the return postage costs.
Proof of postage should always be obtained when returning items. Failure to do so may result in refusal to refund should your order go missing before it arrives at Vegan Rex.
Due to the nature of production, materials used we cannot guarantee that all items will look identical to any photographs or images depicted on the website. We take great care to accurately describe and photograph each item, but the colour, finish and shape of unique items made from natural materials may differ from one item to another.
We want you to purchase from our website with confidence and in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do.
We understand that your want to shop securely and with confidence. It therefore uses an online secure payment service provider (Paypal and Stripe) to process your payment. This provider uses state-of-the-art internet solutions to ensure that the personal and sensitive data you provide when making a purchase from us is not compromised.

You must not copy the content or images contained within our web pages for commercial purposes without the written consent of Do No Harm Clothing by Vegan Rex.
