How much is shipping in Sweden?

Standard shipping costs €5 (free for orders over €150) and tracked costs from €8- €11,95 depending on weight.

Do you ship internationally and how much does this cost?

Yes we do.

Standard/economy European shipping costs 6.50 (free for orders over 150). European tracked shipping costs from 10.95-14.95 depending on weight.

International standard/economy shipping costs £8.50 (free for orders over £150) and international tracked costs from 14.95-17.95 depending on weight. 

(shipments sent outside of Europe, including Norway may be subject to customs duties and fees imposed by the destination country, Do No Harm cannot be held responsible for any charges that may be incurred)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving the order. Deliveries in Sweden take between 3-5 working days and deliveries within Europe and internationally can take between 10-25 working days. Pre-order items will be subject to a delay that will be stated on the advertised item, please read the description prior to ordering.

My size is out of stock can I order one?

Most of our items are available for pre-order. If you wish to ask about a specific item or order your size in an item that is out of stock please contact us on will get back to you with regards to your query.

What type of inks do you use?

All of our products are produced using vegan water-based inks and dyes from sustainable sources.

What type of textiles do you use?

We source our products from a variety of companies. Ranging from fashion forward brands that bring the latest in fashionable designs to organic, sustainable brands. We attempt to provide organic and sustainable products wherever possible, however, some of our products have not been certified as organic. We always state which products are organic in the description, All of our suppliers are either WRAP certified or members of the Fair Wear Foundation, which aims to improve industry practice by verifying and improving workplace conditions where our clothing is made.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes we do offer exchanges on items bought within Sweden, we can only exchange items at the same or lesser value unless you wish to add to your order and pay the equivalent. We ask that the item is in its original condition and has not been worn or washed. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for an exchange or refund. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item to be sent out.

Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges on international orders so please make sure you choose your items carefully. If for some reason you are not happy with your order we will happily issue a refund (minus shipping) as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been worn or washed.

Can I return an item?

Yes we do offer refunds for orders placed within Sweden (minus shipping). You are responsible for paying the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for a refund. We ask that the item is returned in its original condition and has not been worn or washed. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so please choose your return method carefully and track it if possible. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will process a refund using the payment method in which you paid for the item and email you once complete.
